FAQ
- What does installation include?
- Mounting, dynamic balancing, new rubber valve stems, and old-tire disposal. TPMS reset is included if your vehicle has standard sensors.
- Where can I get installed?
- Any shop in our partner network. You pick at checkout based on your ZIP code - we ship the tires there.
- Do I pay the installer separately?
- No. Your purchase price already covers the install. You may tip your tech, but the standard install is paid for.
- What if I want to use my own mechanic?
- Contact support before checkout. We can adjust the order to ship to a residential or business address; the install allowance becomes a refund credit.
- Is alignment included?
- Alignment is a separate service that depends on suspension condition. Your installer can quote it on-site if needed.
- What about TPMS sensor replacement?
- Replacement sensors (if a sensor is dead) are quoted by the installer. Standard reset and re-learn is covered.
