Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
- Tires must be unmounted (never installed on a vehicle)
- Original shipping wrap and labels must be intact
- Return initiated within 30 days of delivery
- No physical damage from handling or storage
Defective tires
Manufacturer defects are covered separately by each brand's warranty. We handle the claim end-to-end - submit photos and we coordinate replacement directly with the manufacturer.
Road hazard claims
Every set ships with free 36-month road hazard coverage. Punctures, impact damage, and irreparable failures are covered. File a claim at support with photos and your installer's assessment.
- Can I return a tire after it's been mounted?
- Mounted tires can only be returned for manufacturer defect under warranty. Once a tire has been driven, it is considered used and cannot be returned for change of mind.
- How do I return an unmounted tire?
- Email [email protected] with your order number. We'll issue a prepaid return label. Tires must be in original condition with shipping wrap intact.
- Is there a restocking fee?
- No restocking fee on unmounted, undamaged tires within 30 days.
- What if a tire is defective?
- Manufacturer defects are covered by the brand's warranty. We handle the warranty claim for you - submit photos and we coordinate with the manufacturer.
- How long do refunds take?
- Once the return is received and inspected, refunds post in 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
- What about Affirm or Klarna orders?
- Refunds are processed through your BNPL provider. Your remaining installments are reduced or eliminated based on the refund amount.
