How it works
When you place an order, we route it to the warehouse closest to your chosen installer. Each tire is individually wrapped, labeled with your order number, and shipped directly to the shop. You'll get tracking the moment the carrier scans the label.
Delivery times
- 2-3 days - most metro areas
- 3-4 days - rural or distant routes
- Same business day cutoff: 2 PM ET. Orders after cut to next business day.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all 48 contiguous US states. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories are not yet supported.
- How long does shipping take?
- 2-4 business days from order to installer arrival in the continental US. We email tracking when the carrier picks up.
- Is shipping really free?
- Yes - every order, every set, every state in the continental US. No minimum.
- Do you ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories?
- Not yet. We ship to the 48 contiguous states only. Adding AK and HI is on our roadmap.
- Can I ship to my home instead of an installer?
- Contact support before checkout. We can redirect to a residential or business address; the included install allowance is refunded as credit.
- What carriers do you use?
- FedEx Ground and UPS Ground depending on the warehouse and your installer's location. Each tire ships individually wrapped.
- What if my tires arrive damaged?
- Your installer inspects on receipt. Damaged tires are returned to us at no cost and we ship replacements priority.
